User engagement was one of the most important parts of Decentraland. Once you have a purpose for your DAO, then try to use an alternative to token voting, because new DAOs have the unique opportunity to experiment with different structures before they grow and become more established. The amount of tokens a member has can be one strategy that informs the weight of the vote, but it shouldn’t be the only strategy. Gino’s favorite tools for running DAOsDecentraland uses Snapshot for off-chain voting.
