2023 Episode 5 - Somerset still top the South, Bears and Rapids unbeaten in North, Roses and weekend preview

Jarleth Eaton and Cam McFarlane pick the bones out of a very busy midweek in the Vitality T20 Blast. In this episode, the boys look back at the first pod derby, which saw Jar's Birmingham Bears beat Cam's Lancashire Lightning by seven wickets at a sun drenched Edgbaston. They also go through all the other headlines from the midweek, which included Essex winning their opening match, Yorkshire tasting victory for the first time in 13 games, and James Vince becoming the highest run scorer in the competition's history despite a loss to Surrey. After a look through the tables, the hosts then preview the games from Thursday-Sunday, including the first Roses clash of the summer at Headingley as Yorkshire host Lancashire, an East Midlands derby between Leicestershire and Derbyshire, and Surrey visiting Kent on Sunday in the South's oldest rivalry.
