Lessons of a GK Turned Head Coach

On this episode Tori is joined by Jill Loyden and Ashley Phillips. Ashley is former pro and current head coach at Northeastern University. The group discusses Ashleys playing career and how it influenced her as a coach as well as coaches/mentors that helped shape her. They discuss the importance of including your goalkeeper in team training, what that can look like, and how to make sure they are valued in the team.
