This week we sat down with Jon Gropp and Lauren Brett to talk a bit about the ways that Student Development creates and cultivates culture here on campus. We talk about setting boundaries—both individually and collectively—so that creativity and community can flourish; what partnership and collaboration looks like between students and faculty/staff; what it looks like to handle conflict and discipline in a way that honors God's design for human relationships, and more!
