Mick is a renowned economist of international stature and repute. Before joining the Fund, he was Professor of Economics at the University of Essex and visiting Professor at Kyoto University. He is a prolific writer and author on economic and fiscal issues and renowned author. He has served on various international editorial boards and was awarded the CESifo-IIPF Musgrave prize in 2010. He was, just before retiring, the TADAT line manager. He shares with us some insights and wisdom from his career of working in the taxation domain for over 26 years.
