On Episode 82 we bring on Dr. Krista Clancy who is the program director for the graduate and undergraduate programs in ABA at Wayne State University where she oversees curriculum development and field placement for all the students in the ABA programs #imporantAF. We talk about quality of supervision, quality practicum experience and how she has set up rubrics and behavior skills training for the supervision process. We know how hard it can be to find good supervision and how hard it can be to pick a grad program so after this conversation with Dr. Krista we are excited to see all the amazon BCaBa’s and BCBA’s that are coming out of Wayne State University!
