As Nikki & Brie dive deeper into their self-work, they’re focusing on self-expression today, and The Garcia Twins share original poetry that will leave you wanting a book of Nikki & Brie poems! From dance to art to getting deeper with your partner and being able to convey feelings and emotions. Getting deeper in relationships is definitely something that Nikki & Brie have both had to work on.  From cooking for family, jewelry, fashion, and checking in with your partner regularly to finding activities to do together, Nikki & Brie are in the thick of it when it comes to finding new and exciting ways to explore self-expression for themselves and others. Nikki and Brie also challenged themselves by writing poetry and sharing it for the first time on the show.
