Wise Men Still Seek Him

“Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the East to Jerusalem, saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the East, and are come to worship Him.”
At the first advent, we learn that God was speaking to men outside of the people that identified themselves as followers of God.
Isaiah 60 seems to paint a promise to also be fulfilled at the second advent – where kings yet again will prepare to meet the Lord.
The light of God is always shining even amid the darkness of unbelief, skepticism, secularism – even heathenism in the world today.
The wise men of old studied nature… so today nature can still teach lessons of selfless love.
