Celia has been an attorney for 25 years, and identifies herself as a collaborative leader, leading others by providing opportunity. We first met Celia when she guest spoke at the Carlsbad Student Leadership Academy. She believes that a team’s strength comes from it’s diversity which requires an inclusive leader.
