What happens when you or a loved one passes away without a will? This weeks’ guest, a 26-year-old based in Texas, found out when his mother passed away a few years ago. So far, he’s spent over $15,000 of his own money, depleting his savings, and borrowing against his 401(k), to settle the estate--and it looks like he’ll have to spend tens of thousands more to complete the process.
