Baby boomers are retiring. People are switching careers. Employees demand more from their employers. Motivation in the workplace is changing.
The younger workforce isn’t interested in how the way things used to be. Their ideals, lifestyles, and attitudes towards careers may be different than what we’re used to seeing. Yet, young workers can be a valuable asset to any parks & recreation.
So how do we create motivation in the workplace for young workers? 
In this episode, we are going to talk about some ways we can attract (and keep) younger workers through our culture, benefits, and technology.
