HELLO! Thank you for your patience as we took a pretty unexpected week off. A bit happening in the Move it Mama world and life itself so we appreciate the fact you stand by us and support us even while we do a podcast no-show. We hope not to have to do that in the not too distant future. We're back for now and in today's episode it's Leece and Jess chewing the fat on all things life; what the current struggles are or as per our intro, our current 'rigmaroles'. We find life to be hard sometimes and even though we know we are privileged and blessed in many, many ways, we still believe in finding those things that bring us joy and happiness in the day to day. Today we discuss this, along with many other tangents along the way - finishing up with the big old question, "is the worm from the snake family"?
