The Nightmare of Guilt - Lesssons 185-191 - Insights on A Course in Miracles

Hello Course Students, One of the biggest problems we all struggle with throughout our lives are feelings of guilt and shame. They are a part of the nightmare we seem to be experiencing during our belief in our abandonment and separation from God. Over the past week we worked with Lessons 185 through 191 in the Workbook for Students. Lesson 190: I choose the joy of God instead of pain, really helps us to look at the problem of guilt and recognize how we've been in the habit of choosing pain in this form. Fortunately, as in all the Lessons, Jesus also provides us with the solution to giving up the weapon of guilt.
