After a traumatic emergency cesarean with her son, Alexis spent years sweeping her symptoms of postpartum anxiety and PTSD under the rug, not even understanding what was happening. After spiraled out of control searching for something, anything that would help me feel better. Alexis spent years learning about healing, and taking training after training and working on healing herself. She learned how to regulate her emotions, nervous system, and most importantly her energy. Now she teaches others to do the same.
