How you react could actually FEED the narcissist. When I say it like that it makes it sound like narcissists are some type of rabid animal that needs to be avoided, but sometimes that's how they act. They want you to react to the things they say and do because it fuels them and keeps them going. Some of them like to hurt you and do things to you on purpose just to get that juicy reaction they crave! Controlling your reactions is a super power that you have to work on.
Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
