Artist Spotlight: Operator (Ania Catherine and Dejha Ti)

Eli (Head of Art, PROOF) chats with the artist duo Ania Catherine and Dejha Ti about their collaborative art practice, Operator. They combine their unique artistic and technologist backgrounds to create immersive and experiential works.
The artists talk about the beginnings of their respective creative paths, to their experiences working in both traditional art institutions and unconventional spaces. The two also discuss the importance of privacy in our increasingly surveilled world, ETH vs. Tezos, and how blockchain technology has influenced their work. 
Finally, we learn about the process of creating their Art Blocks Curated collection “Human Unreadable,” which immerses audiences and collectors in a three-act, embodied, generative art experience.
