Why taking care of your health and making time for the Lord go hand in hand

Release Date:

Are you feeling discontent and bored lately?

Pushing through your days, and not making time for the Lord and your health as much as you would like?

Are you ready to step into a more joyful life?

Life is full of peaks and valleys, but the Lord is faithful, and when you align with Him you will skyrocket into a more purposeful life!

Welcome to episode 33 of Fit Christian Woman! In this episode, I am joined by a special guest, Katie Hedrick. Katie is a certified Christian life coach who's passionate about coaching women to walk in biblical wisdom, deepen their faith, and step into intentional joy. She walks us through how God sometimes allows us to experience trials to help us grow.

This is such an uplifting chat that reinforces the truth that our health, in all capacities, is a gift from the Lord. Also, we discuss the Parable of the Talents, and how we should remain faithful to what He has given and entrusted to us.

God is always speaking to us, particularly through our health and physical body. It’s one of the most important areas of our life and we're called to be good stewards of it.

Always look for Him to speak to your heart in ways that you’ve never imagined! That truly is the secret to intentional living, and genuine joy!

Let’s do this!
