If you're like most people, you often compare yourself to others. The thing is, being healthy can be achieved by everybody, but it’s not a one-size-fits-all! Being healthy looks different on different people! 
 
In today’s episode, I’ll talk about why your belief matters, why the first step is always the hardest, inviting God into your life, and how His way is life-changing. The Lord is always working for your good, even when you don’t see it.
 
When you surrender to His ways, great things follow. You learn to love yourself and those around you in a healthier manner. You get to show up and stand in conviction!
