Then one of the most important things you can do is set up your CRM properly, from the get go!   After spending the last three years setting up CRMs for photographers, I have this process down pat...and I’m sharing the whole thing with you today.   This is a deep dive into creating all the assets you need to begin building workflows that automate your client relationship process! So if you’re able to listen to this while you have a notebook handy, do it!   The first thing we’re diving into is your current process. Don’t have one? That’s fine. What would you like your process to look like? What happens when someone books a call? What happens when they pay? What would you like to happen?    Start to write out the steps one by one!   Once you have the steps written out, it’s time to figure out what you need to make it happen. Are there emails? Forms? [05:03] Now I want you to start working on your flow or your process with your clients. [06:18] When a lead comes in, what is the next step?  [10:05] If a customer wants to work with you, then you send a proposal. [11:05] Once they pay the invoice, send a thank you for booking email. [12:17] You keep clients by building the know, like, and trust factor. [15:15] Think about what else you need to be part of the flow. [18:09] Look at your flow and mark what you need, this is the secret sauce. [21:02] The workflow you wrote down will be recreated in the workflow space in your CRM. [24:00] Start with packages first.
