Running A Successful Business With Your Husband with Abby & Matt

I don’t know about you, but I’ve seriously considered bringing my husband home to work in my business about a thousand times. But how? How do you make sure that each partner is aligned in their work and that you’re bringing in the money to support it?  Abby and Matt share how they’re running a successful business as a wife and husband team! It wasn’t initially in Abby’s plan to build a business that would bring her husband home. She loved taking pictures and was excited to make money doing it. As her business grew however, it made sense to put Matt’s administrative expertise to work.  They didn’t make the shift immediately. They took it slow and tried to be sure it was the best fit, and it definitely was. They’ve had some learning curves and have definitely had to make shifts to properly detach from work time to home time, but it’s been worth it.  Listen as they share their story, why having a clear vision and goal in mind is important, and what you can do to set your business up to bring in more help.
