Daren, a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, was stationed in Afghanistan when his unit was stumbled into an improvised explosive device (IED) that resulted in Daren being killed in action.The courageous sacrifice of soldiers like Daren is what keeps our nation safe.
