LISTEN: On the Tuesday, Feb. 27 edition of Georgia Today: A special prosecutor is appointed to handle the murder case in last week's killing on the University of Georgia campus; the state Senate passes a bill aimed at protecting teens from cyberbullying; and Republicans are calling on President Biden to unilaterally shut down the border.
