You’re just committed to certain patterns of behavior because they helped you in the past. Now those behaviors have become more harmful than helpful. The reason why you can’t move forward is because you keep applying an old formula to a new level in your life. Change the formula to get a different result.” ~Emily Maroutian   The last 3 months I was hosting an online goal setting course that I called The Strong Within Summer Sprint, and this past weekend was the end of the challenge. And what I find is, that it’s hard to end things, it’s always hard to say goodbye, but even more so when you’re unsure how to end things.   Maybe that’s why I always had trouble ending relationships…at least that’s what I told myself…they didn’t break up with me, they just were allowing me to pursue new avenues.   But I digress, and what I meant before I got on to that silly comment is, do we celebrate the ending of the challenge because the hard work is over and we can rest now, or do we have some sort of sad reverent send off to respect the work and time that was put in, or do we exercise a little bit of both?   And so I recorded a celebration send-off video thanking everyone for allowing me to grow with them, and for allowing me to be a part of their transformation.
