fatty fish, such as salmon and sardines
Avoid the following foods:

sugar
processed foods
butter
red meat
fried foods
salt
cheese
Other medications that might affect memory include:

antidepressants
antianxiety medications
hypertension drugs
sleeping aids
metformin
Drink water
Drink coffee
Shed the extra weight
Meditate
Exercising
