Rains Retreat teachings from 7th August to 22nd October 1996. Teachings given by the abbot Ajahn Brahm at Bodhinyana Monastery in Serpentine (southeast of Perth, Western Australia). The main audience was the Sangha.

The 7 Bojjhangas are the seven factors of enlightenment: 
1. Mindfulness 
2. Keen investigation of the Dhamma – happiness automatically with right mindfulness 
3. Energy 
4. Happiness/ joy 
5. Calm/ tranquility 
6. Concentration 
7. Equanimity
