Today Mike talks with Amber Johnston, she's part of the BROCR team and a Machete Madness Pro athlete. We had her on back, way back, 304 episodes ago on Episode 4 and again on episode 208. Much has changed, we spoke with her when she had just moved to Alaska, then when she hit Texas and got to running OCRs down there. COVID shuts down the world, we talked with Amber about surviving the shutdown. Now, still dealing with COVID Shutdowns a year later, Amber finally looked into dealing with back pain she's had since her teens.
