Interview With Chris Coorts

I am a Food Lover, ( I hate the term foodie). "Chopped" & "Beating Bobby Flay" are amongst my favorite shows period, not just on the Food Network, so when I had a chance to Chat with a Chef, you damn right I did. Chris Coorts is the Head Chef at Apocalypse Burger in Indianapolis. What initially started out as a jovial CLAPBACK on their IG page led to me talking to a funny, outgoing & driven woman. I've never talked to a Chef before so this was informative & really, really funny. I apologize now for smackin' in the Mic, but damn this food was good & the Conversation even better.
