Ask your doctor about triptans and prophylactic therapy like Topamax, Depakote, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, and tricyclic antidepressants.
Other options: Botox (Onabotulinum toxin A), monoclonal antibodies (erenumab, galcanezumab, fremanezumab), acupuncture, therapy, and biofeedback
