I've felt like a sugar / food addict for many years of my life and I just thought it'd be impossible to have chocolate and cookies and other of my favorite foods at home without me bingeing on them... but miracles are possible!  And I believe miracles are possible for you, too! And maybe it simply starts by applying one or all of these 3 things that have helped me the most when the cravings just feel so impossible to resist.  This is what we talk about in this week's episode.
