“I basically live in referrals that I don't market myself, and I don't know if you saw my website is extremely dated. And it's one thing that I do not do well. And I feel like it's one of the reasons why I've stayed the size I am. Because if I've always had a bit of a fear, if I market it, I can get outside of my comfort zone. “
