Dr. Charlie Sniffen, Fermentable Carbohydrates

Charlie has been actively involved in the CNCPS model research almost since its inception. He has kept current and forward pushing by contributing to ongoing research through various university and industry liaisons. The questions in this session were, at times, challenging and the answers were always enlightening. Charlie is always a delight to work with!
