Valentine Holmes landed a 14 point haul and he told Andrew Moore and the team that the Cowboys revelled in swapping the tropical North and were delighted to hold on to the ball for once. Holmes has a quick turnaround post match to join up with the Maroons Origin squad and he sang the praises of his rep coach Billy Slater for the way he instils confidence in every member of his team.
