Tyler Haney founded her activewear brand Outdoor Voices in 2013 and has managed to make her mark in a relatively short span of time. The company has become a stand-out, claiming its spot among industry giants like Nike, Adidas, and Lululemon. They've even caught the attention of big name retailers like J.Crew. Haney's goal was to make workout clothes that inspired people to be more active on a daily basis; whether jogging, hiking, yoga or even dog walking, Haney's philosophy has manifested in the company's hashtag #DoingThings.
