朗読「殿さまの茶碗」小川未明

昔、あるところに陶器で有名なお店がありました。
その店は、土を選びぬき、腕の良い職人を沢山抱えていたので、他国でも有名でした。
旅人はみな、わざわざその店に寄り、陶器を土産に買っていました。
ある時、偉いお役人が店に来て「おまえのところで、お殿様の茶碗をつくってほしい」と言いました。
店の主人は光栄なことだと喜び、店の者を集めて、腕によりをかけて茶碗を作るのだと号令を発しました。
Once upon a time, there was a store famous for its pottery.
The store was famous in other countries as well, because it chose the best clay and had many skilled craftsmen.
Every traveler went out of his way to stop by the store and buy pottery as souvenirs.
One day, an important government official came to the store and said, "I would like you to make tea bowls for the lord at your place.
The owner of the store was so pleased with the honor that he gathered all the staff together and ordered them to put their skills to the test in making the bowls.
