雪山特番~冬本番の雪山の新雪の音をお届けしたいのですが、まだロケには行きづらいので片栗粉で再現してみた件~

冬、雪山。

山肌に積もった雪は人間の手が入っておらず、真っ白なパウダースノーが一面に広がっています。そんな新雪を踏みしめて歩く時の感覚と音は、厳しい寒さの中で何とも言えない心地よさをもたらします。
今回は、そんな新雪を踏みしめる音をお届け致します。

ただ、コロナウイルスがいつ再拡大してしまうか不安があるこの状況では、本物の雪山の音を録りに行きづらいため、今回はその音を”身近なパウダースノー”である片栗粉で再現することにしました。片栗粉の音ではありますが、音を聞けば本当に雪山に登っているような感覚をお届けします。



今回も、"音のプロ"である文化放送の音声技術スタッフが、「3Dオーディオ」技術を駆使して、音が耳に伝わってくる位置を細部にわたってこだわり、AM放送では実現できない番組に仕上げました。ヘッドフォンやイヤホンを使用して聴取することを推奨しています。

?視聴方法
部屋の電気を消して、出来ればイヤホンなどを装着するなどして、雑音をカットしたうえでお布団に入り、ゆっくり目をつむって以下の方法を実践してください。
①:頭から順番に「頭、両腕、両足」と少しずつ力を抜いて行ってください。
②:ゆっくりと深呼吸をします。
③:次の3つのどちらかをイメージしてください。
・上空に青空が広がり、静かな湖に浮かべたカヌーに寝そべる自分をイメージする
・真っ暗な部屋に吊ったゆっくりと揺れるハンモックに乗っている、心地よく温かな自分をイメージする
・「何も考えない、何も考えない、何も考えるない」と、10秒間何度も繰り返して言う。

Sound Earth. 地球が作り出した『音』という概念。 自然と一体化し、リラックス しましょう。 YouTubeチャンネル→https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKAZKNf4bCrSePtPDVHBJFw?view_as=subscriber 〇〇〇〇〇〇〇〇〇 ☆【おそらく一番効果のあるシャッフル睡眠のススメ】☆ ※シャッフル睡眠のやり方。 ◎やり方(慣れればすごく簡単です)↓ →『ポスト』『手帳』『電話ボックス』など、全く関連しない物を5〜10秒ずつ真剣に1つ1つ眠るまで想像するだけです。(たったこれだけ) ※注意点とアドバイス ・不安ごとに近いような事柄を連想しない事。 (病気等なら『病院』などはNG) ・物体として想像できなくても言葉だけ連想するだけでも大丈夫です。 ・連想することに関しては集中しても眠れます。むしろ集中が途切れて他のことを考えだすと、また眠れなくなります。 ・20〜30分以内にやっても眠れない場合、失敗してる可能性が高いです。一旦やめて10〜15分後、また実践してみましょう。慣れれば1回で即睡眠できるようになります。 ◎仕組み◎ 人間の脳は睡眠しようとするとき、暇だとなんらかの考えを積み重ねています。 (ストレスや不安があると特に) 『あれが〇〇だったから明日から〇〇したほうがいいのかな?だとしたら〇〇が...』 この『積み重ね』思考が脳を活性化させている原因です。 (脳は眠るなと信号を送っています。) そこで、全く関連しない物を想像し続けたとき、脳は『あれ?何も関係のないことを連想し出したぞ?もう寝させるように信号を送ろう!』 と、なるのです。 要は睡眠を司る中枢の脳を騙す最強の睡眠方です。 是非マスターして下さい。快適になりますよ♪

این افسردگی لزوما ناشی از شرایط واقعا سخت زندگی نیست، بلکه تغییرات هورمونی در بدن و در نتیجه تغییرات خلقی، باعث حساس تر شدن فرد میشن، طوری که مشکلاتی رو که در شرایط عادی به نظرش چندان مهم و بزرگ نمیومدن ناگهان غیر قابل تحمل احساس می کنه.
