Gestartet habe ich meine Abnehmreise bei 125,2 Kilo, da lag mein BMI noch bei 42 und jetzt liegt er bei 37, ja ich bin immer noch zu Fett und das nicht nur für diese Gesellschaft. Moin und herzlich willkommen zu FettUcation – eine Mischung zwischen Audio Vlog und spannenden Experten-Interviews: jede Woche begebe ich mich auf eine abenteuerliche und emotionale Reise zu den Ursachen und möglichen Lösungen für mein Problem - das Übergewicht. Vom Essen aus Langeweile bis zu einer gesunden Ernährung ich teile alle meine Herausforderungen. In Deutschland sind 55,7 Millionen Menschen übergewichtig, das sind 67 Prozent. Fast jeder Vierte leidet unter Adipositas. In meiner persönlichen Audio-Reportage möchte ich allen, die sich mit diesem Thema befassen möchten oder müssen, einen sicheren und schamfreien Raum bieten. Eine Besonderheit von FettUcation ist mein persönlicher Blickwinkel als Betroffener. Ich bin ein Mann, der täglich mit seinem Übergewicht kämpft.
