ＵＳスチール買収、１２月に延期　米司法省の追加情報請求で―日鉄

日本製鉄は３日、米鉄鋼大手ＵＳスチールの買収完了時期を、当初予定していた９月から１２月に延期すると発表した。 Nippon Steel Corp. said Friday that it has postponed its acquisition of United States Steel Corp. until December from an initially planned September due to a U.S. review of the deal.
