旧庁舎、町の震災遺構に　「犠牲者の魂、ここにある」―宮城県南三陸町長

旧防災対策庁舎を訪れた宮城県南三陸町の佐藤仁町長、１日午前、同町東日本大震災で被災した宮城県南三陸町の旧防災対策庁舎の管理権が１日、県から町に戻り、町の震災遺構として保存されることになった。 The Miyagi Prefecture town of Minamisanriku will preserve the office building wrecked by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami as a relic of the disaster, which hit northeastern Japan hard.
