Porsche’s First Le Mans Winner - 356SL

Sortie:

With Marc recently returned from Le Mans, this show stays on theme. The boys meet Cameron Healy, the owner of the Number 46 356SL that won its class at Le Mans in 1951.
Cameron shares the amazing story of this car, how it entered his life, and the journey of one of Porsche's most important factory race cars, from discovery through restoration, and returning to Circuit de la Sarthe.
This is a great story, and please share it with your friends and family.
This journey has been well documented, and published in an amazing coffee table book, which you can check out here: https://www.daltonwatson.com/46-The-Birth-of-Porsche-Motorsport-p/forty-six-publishers-ed.htm
Dwight Knowlton from Carpe Viam also put together a graphic novel on number 46, which can be purchased here: https://carpegear.com/products/destined-for-victory-hardcover?variant=42125464010974
A short film on YouTube about the car: https://youtu.be/NQCu7Ee8k6M
Follow the boys, and reach out with any questions, comments, corrections and suggestions.
