Who am I? Meditation

This is a classic meditation technique to explore today and it centres around the question “Who am I?”. The purpose of this inquiry is to light up your consciousness. To become aware of, and find space between, the thoughts, the thinker and the one who listens.

When we practice this kind of awareness of the Self, we can get closer to discovering ourselves, to understand better who the “I” really is. When we begin to see that we are more than our physical bodies, more than our ego, we can begin to realise that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are only the outer layer. That your consciousness and awareness are beyond them.

It's a meditation that takes more than one go, in my opinion! It takes practice! I hope you enjoy...
