Tiger (Salman Khan) is on a mission to save an old friend. Although he manages to escape from the deadliest mercenaries, he loses his friend. Tiger is living peacefully with his family, his wife Zoya (Katrina Kaif) and their 12-year-old son, when he is tasked with sourcing out information from an arms dealer who he can secure in St. Petersburg, Russia. While doing so, Tiger is captured by a terrorist group. Tiger wakes up to find out that he was captured by an ex-ISI agent, Aatish Rehman (Emraan Hashmi). Aatish recounts how he was Zoya’s mentor, but circumstances led to his wife’s incidental death, for which Tiger was held responsible. Her death led to Aatish’s hatred for Tiger. To settle the score now, Aatish gives Tiger and Zoya a task while keeping their son captive.Tiger reunites with his former colleagues from R&AW, in order to accomplish this personal mission. The task is to capture a ‘briefcase’, kept in a high security vault guarded by Turkish security in Istanbul. Tiger, Zoya and the allies are able to capture the briefcase despite the fierce security, but Tiger gets caught by the Turkish Police. Meanwhile Zoya rushes to Aatish to hand over the briefcase. She learns that the briefcase has ‘Permissive Action Link’ codes that are an access to the Nuclear Triad Submarine Missiles that Pakistan took from China. Aatish Reveals that Tiger was caught red handed attempting to steal the PAL codes and how he will become the face of India and Pakistan’s enmity. While Zoya gets her son back, Tiger is taken to Pakistan as a prisoner. Despite being in a high security prison, Tiger manages to escape. Not before Aatish informs him of his plans of devastation, which includes the killing of a senior political leader. Tiger reaches an old ally’s house while Zoya sends signals to their close compatriots from the ISI and R&AW. She collects this team and all of them meet Tiger in Islamabad. Will they be able to save the political leader and outsmart the cunning Aatish Rehman?

A distant town in Haryana that is open to all womankind to improve its skewed sex ratio is their best bet to seek refuge in. However, a screwball, hilarious chase begins as Pruthvishbhai assembles all his might to nab them en route. Will Jayesh, who is incapable of physical violence, succeed in creating a safe and equal haven for his family and become an action hero, redefined?
