While on duty, paramedics David Vaughn (Johnny Messner--Spartan, The Whole Ten Yards) and Victor Hernandez (Jon Huertas) get a call from a young girl whose mother has lost consciousness in a deserted area -- but they soon discover the lives they have to save may be their own. Kidnapped and locked away in an isolated building, David tries to discover the truth behind a secret cult and its beliefs. As Victor's faith is challenged and the fine line between religion and science is crossed, David must find a way to get out before he becomes another victim of The Believers.
