“ISOLATION” weaves together nine tales of terror, following isolated citizens in cities around the world as they confront their darkest fears in an attempt to survive an increasingly deadly outbreak. The eleven filmmakers were only allowed to use the equipment, resources, and participants they had in lockdown. All nine scripts are original. Anthology director and producer Nathan Crooker created a world ten months into the future based around the current global pandemic and then briefed the filmmakers to bring their stories to life within this framework. “ISOLATION” explores the human condition through a genre lens, weaved together in an anthology experience. The films live under a banner of survival and deal with relatable themes such as; human connection, paranoia, hope, love, escapism, fear of the unknown, abandonment. Like any good horror film, the themes transcend the genre.

Top student Jane Ryan (Ashley) heads to Manhattan for a college-scholarship competition. Her rebellious twin Roxy Ryan (Mary-Kate) goes along to crash a video shoot. But anything can happen - and does - in a romp involving a pursuing truant officer (Eugene Levy), a smuggler (Andy Richter), hunkalicious guys (Jared Padalecki, Riley Smith) and the girls' realization that when the chips are down, a sister can be the best friend of all.

David Spade plays Joe, whose search for his family has him hittin' the road and keepin' it real with every lowlife he meets, including a sweet hottie (Brittany Daniel), a janitor (Christopher Walken), and a psychotic cannibal (Brian Thompson) with whom he has a brief interlude. Through it all, Joe keeps on truckin' all the way to L.A., where a shock jock DJ (Dennis Miller) targets Joe as the butt of his show. But Joe's plucky spirit encourages listeners to cheer him on and help him find a better family than the one he thought he wanted. Rock on!
