Darren Mullet (Calvin Dean) is overweight, uses an inhaler and is constantly bullied by his spoiled classmates. His suicide prompts Bradley (Alex Pettyfer), Darren's main tormentor, to host a wild party, where Justine (Tuppence Middleton) hooks up with Alexis (Dimitri Leonidas). When Bradley and Alexis's friends start turning up dead, everyone starts to panic.

After aliens invade earth they give us a choice: either emigrate to a new planet or be killed. While most resign themselves to leaving, the president turns to a rogue militia to fight back before the human race is obliterated.

In this comic sci-fi thriller, the inhabitants of a small island discover they must get drunk in order to survive an invasion of bloodsucking aliens.
