Divinity

Eddie Alcazar

Set in an otherworldly human existence, scientist Sterling Pierce (Scott Bakula) dedicated his life to the quest for immortality, slowly creating the building blocks of a groundbreaking serum named “Divinity.” His son, Jaxxon Pierce (Stephen Dorff) now controls and manufactures Sterling's once-benevolent dream. Society on this barren planet has been entirely perverted by the supremacy of the drug, whose true origins are shrouded in mystery. Two mysterious brothers (Moises Arias and Jason Genao) arrive with a plan to abduct the mogul, and, with the help of a seductive woman named Nikita (Karrueche Tran), they will be set on a path hurtling toward true immortality.

Perfect

Eddie Alcazar

Produced and scored by Flying Lotus and executive-produced by Steven Soderbergh, PERFECT introduces Garrett Wareing as an emotionally-troubled young man. His mother (Abbie Cornish) sends him to a clinic, where modernist serenity whispers soothing promises of perfection. By planting plug and play characteristics directly into his own body, he is relieved of his dark, twisted visions, but his body pays the price for purity of mind. A festival favorite from writer and director Eddie Alcazar - one of Filmmaker magazine’s 25 New Faces of Film.

Kuso

Flying Lotus

Broadcasting through a makeshift network of discarded televisions, KUSO is a shifting series of vignettes tangled in the aftermath of Los Angeles's worst earthquake nightmare. Travel between screens and aftershocks into the twisted lives of the survived. Blending nightmarish visions, animation and a shocking image of a distorted America, this is the daring debut from director Steve, aka renowned musician Flying Lotus. Delirious, provocative and darkly hilarious, KUSO is verbose with macabre, music, melancholy and unimaginable imagery. You won't believe your eyes, or your mind.
