The Little Mermaid (2023)
“The Little Mermaid” is visionary filmmaker Rob Marshall’s live-action reimagining of Disney’s beloved animated musical classic, the story of Ariel, a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a thirst for adventure. The youngest of King Triton’s daughters and the most defiant, Ariel longs to find out more about the world beyond the sea and, while visiting the surface, falls for the dashing Prince Eric. While mermaids are forbidden to interact with humans, Ariel must follow her heart. She makes a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, which gives her a chance to experience life on land but ultimately places her life – and her father’s crown – in jeopardy. “The Little Mermaid” is directed by Rob Marshall with a screenplay by David Magee, and is produced by Marc Platt, Lin-Manuel Miranda, John DeLuca and Rob Marshall. Warning: Some flashing-lights scenes in this film may affect photosensitive viewers.
It was cute @KevinnGlamorous_
When you watch it you can’t compare it to the original because that’s not fair at all . But it’s cute and the star was hallies voice & Vanessa(not Melissa ) truly
Sink Sank Submerged @BrookscuzIam
Grab a case of Bud Light and some tuck swimsuits from Target for this riveting underwater disaster piece. Hey Disney if you’re playing too a specific crowd try incorporating some rap music and Glocks! You might change the name of splash mountain but you’re not going to Hans Christian my Andersen. I do applaud Disney for making this underwater movie, no one knows more about being underwater, perhaps your woke buddies can attend additional performances so you can recoup some of your financial losses. Good luck!!!
Disney lost it’s magic @Koreanbella85
This movie lost its magic the childhood feeling is gone nothing nostalgic about usually Disney movies gives you the childhood feeling but the magic is gone in this movie when Halle sings part of your world it’s disappointing the way she sings it like she is in a singing contest overrated I miss the old Disney magic that feeling even as a adult that childhood memories still lives in our heart this movie is disappointing and bad
