The Hangover Part II

Director: Todd Phillips
Release Date:

In "The Hangover Part II," Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), Alan (Zach Galifianakis) and Doug (Justin Bartha) travel to exotic Thailand for Stu's wedding. With the memory of Doug's nearly disastrous bachelor party in Las Vegas still fresh-or at least well-documented-Stu is taking no chances. He has opted for a safe, subdued, pre-wedding trip brunch, with pancakes, coffee...and no alcohol. However, things don't always go as planned. Two nights before the big day, at a fabulous resort in Thailand, Stu relents. One beer each. In sealed bottles. What could go wrong? What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can't even be imagined.

ehhh

I think it's a little over-rated. At certain points during the movie i was like "what is going on??" plot-wise, it wasn't as good as the first but if you're looking for a good laugh, watch this movie.

I thought it was funnier than the first one!

Most people might not agree, but I honestly thought this was better than the first one. To have it take place in Thailand was original for a comedy, and I thought the humor was better. Not to say I didn't enjoy the first one, but I just thought the second one was better.

Bad

Its the same thing as the first, but in a different location.

almost cried I laughed so hard!

This is the funniest movie to come out in a long time!

The first one was better

When i came out of the cinema after watching the first hangover movie i was blown away, this movie doesn't quite live up to my expectations, it's a pretty fun movie, but it doesn't deserve five stars. In the last movie the director was spot on with the level of humor and the level of realism, you could really relate to the movie, you can also relate to this but it's just to much in the end. This is not a negative review, i just think when you rate a movie like this you have got to use a critical point of view, sometimes alcohol and naked people isn't enough to make a really funny movie. It depends on your personalty to, i'm a fourteen year old kid from Denmark, and i'm what you would call a real movie-fanatic, for me a movie needs to touch me to get four or five stars, and this sadly didn't. Better luck next time :(
