Fun movie

I’m not sure what symbolism these one star reviews are referring to, they obviously haven’t actually watched the movie. Anyway… I’m not much of a Foo Fighters fan, they’re ok, and they’re definitely not good actors but this was enjoyable movie. I’m sure rock & metal fans who like cheesy horror movies will enjoy this more than anyone else, but if you just enjoy horror comedy’s, you’ll probably still find plenty to enjoy.

Smear for Best Supporting Actor!

Watched with a group of friends and some treats knowing full well that this was a movie that was just meant to be stupid fun. We were floored by Pat Smear. Normally the one of the quietest of the bunch, he is a naturally gifted actor. Like ridiculous good. This flick wasn’t meant to win any Oscars but the irony is that Smear should be in the next Tarantino movie. Love the band, but not a fanatic. Great to see bands making movies. Enjoy.

Excellent Horror/Comedy

It’s exactly as campy as you’d expect, and thoroughly enjoyable. Nothing profound here, the scares are more gory than scary, and it’s like a Richard Pryor show for use of profanity, but that works with the overall tone. Clearly, the band is having a blast, and that shows through enhancing the experience. I only gave it four stars because if you aren’t a Foo Fighters fan, this probably wouldn’t appeal to you. Also, don’t expect new songs here. Due to the nature of the plot (no spoilers) there is really only one new song here, so to speak. You’ll see why that is when you watch the movie.

Fun!

Campy. Funny. Gen X is awesome! If you take this seriously, go find a sense if humor or don’t watch it. These guys are fun, have made music fun and kept it going for over two decades! The irony of the idiots claiming this is devil worship is that these guys are blessed with grit, determination, and dedication to entertaining the masses. True music lovers I admire for their hard work.

Awesome!

Only the Foo Fighters could have made this movie to work.
