Worth the watch

Personally, I liked the movie. I’m glad they rehashed a more “ realistic” resident evil as apposed to mila jovovich jumpin around matrix style through the air shootin zombies. It had a few good jumpy scary moments and acting was good. Grab a few beers, sit back and enjoy a good zombie flick. Stop over analyzing these kinds of movies.

As a fan to the Resident Evil video games, I sorta knew exactly what to expect from this movie going into it. This movie is supposed to be a fun movie that isn’t trying to take itself seriously, which is why they crack a lot of jokes in the movie. It has an ok amount of gore but I do wish they showed more zombies than what they did. It’s a take on the classic original storyline that takes place from the 1st and 2nd game and try to combine the both of them into one, while trying to include an original take for it. This is just my opinion and at the end of the day everyone has their own too. Just thought I’d share why I enjoyed the movie!

While it wasn’t perfect I will say it was a massive improvement over the originals.

I enjoyed the movie a lot, even though it didn’t really live up to the video games, I will say that it worked a lot better than the original Resident Evil movies cause at least they tried to respect the original source material even though it wasn’t perfect I’d still watch again but I hope that soon it can be available to buy and not rent.

Awesome zombie movie

I liked it there were times the storyline was boring but the action was alright. The zombies evolving was a nice touch too. Paying tribute to the first two resident evil video games was done nicely in this movie.

Pretty good

I thought they did a really good job recreating the look of the mansion and police dept but there is soo much more story from the game to talk about and the monster fights seemed realky rushed. I liked that they had the orphanage and rpd parking lot but i strongly feel that they should have added Mr. X chasing them down. Mr. X would have been money!! Lookin forwarded to how they follow it up
