Great movie but why not 4K?

This is an excellent movie, but it is inexcusable for iTunes not to offer it in 4K. Hopefully this will be corrected by release day. Only then will it be worth paying full price.

Oppenheimer

A true Marvel that only Nolan could produce, with acting performances only deserving of Oscars. It’s not entertaining but it is truly informative. Worthy of your time, if only once; because word of mouth will only get you so far. Though in all seriousness, this is a truly technical marvel that is among some of Nolan’s best work that perfectly dissects the situation of the atom bomb as well as the Oppenheimer with the final few minutes hitting you harder than a sipping wet sack of bricks. It’s remarkable and worthy of being watched over and over again.

Amazing movie

Loved this movie. Saw it in theaters with my 19 year old son and even though it was 3 hours long the acting and story kept us both glued to our seats the entire run time. Definitely worth the watch and you get to learn a little history as well as be entertained.

All hype no science

This movie did not cover the science. It starts with bizarre sexual issues. More political than science. Annoying background music. Don’t waste your money.

Illustrates the likely nuances

This movie was criticized by some as not painting Oppenheimer as a clear traitor. I think the movie illustrates what is likely to be true. There was a lot of nuances to his position and conflicting emotions. He probably erred like any human would, but perhaps because he saw a bigger picture than one country battling another.
